Last week, I was thrilled to participate in an excellent day-long Bystander Leadership workshop, organized by the Gender Equity Advances Retention in STEM (WSU-GEARS) team at Wayne State University, funded by the National Science Foundation! It was great to connect with so many other wonderful folk, across the university, committed to equity, inclusion and belongingness!
